Selection Logic
More overlap improves separation, but also increases resistance.
| Light pedestrian access | Lower overlap can be easier to walk through where sealing requirements are moderate. |

| Warehouse traffic | Medium overlap is common for carts, pallet jacks and general industrial separation. |
| Cold rooms | Higher overlap helps reduce cold air loss and should be matched with low-temperature PVC. |
| Loading bays | Higher overlap and stronger strips may be needed for wind, dust and forklift traffic. |
| RFQ note | Send opening size and traffic type so overlap can be calculated together with strip width. |
