How to measure a door opening for PVC strip curtains.

Accurate opening size and mounting position help suppliers recommend the correct strip length, overlap and hardware.

RFQ Measurements

Measure the real opening, then confirm where the rail will mount.

Opening width	Measure the full left-to-right opening where the curtain needs coverage. Note if the rail should extend beyond the opening.
Opening height	Measure from the mounting position down to the floor or required bottom clearance.
Mounting type	Confirm face mount, wall mount, lintel mount or ceiling mount so the rail and plates can be matched.
Traffic clearance	Tell us whether people, carts, forklifts or pallet jacks pass through the opening.
Photos	Site photos help confirm obstructions, wall material and installation position.
